Monitoring of geomorphological development of the managed retreat scheme on Northey Island continued on a twice yearly basis since the scheme was implemented in 1991. Monitoring was carried out in August/September 1994 and February 1995. The methodology adopted at the commencement of the project was continued in order to provide a time series of data and enable all the results to be assessed on the same basis.
