This report was produced to meet requirements of the Climate Change Act (2008). It presented Natural England’s completed assessment of the risks that climate change poses to our objectives, under the first reporting round. It then presented our plans to address them in the form of a comprehensive Adaptation Plan.
An update of this report (NE612) has now been produced as part of the second reporting round (see related records), updating the risks to our work and our operational response to them, particularly as a restructured organisation.
