Using concept statements in a sensitive landscape (CRN36)

This short publication reports on a joint project between the Countryside Agency and South Hams District Council to explore the use of a countryside character approach to housing development land allocation, and to consider the possibility of developing a formal process that involves all stakeholders as a model of best practice for other areas.
