CLA Case Study: Greystone Farm (AE099)

The farm has been organic since 2007 and all the land is in the Higher Level Stewardship (HLS) scheme since August 2008. Previously the farm was in the Entry Level scheme and prior to that in the Countryside Stewardship scheme. The River Lyvennet, a SSSI runs through the farm for over one mile and we have worked closely with the Eden Rivers Trust for several years to protect the river’s banks and its flora and fauna.
