This record provides Natural England’s advice to other relevant authorities as to (a) the conservation objectives and (b) any operations which may cause deterioration of natural habitats or the habitats of species, or disturbance of species for the Plymouth Sound and Estuaries European marine site. This advice is being prepared to fulfill our obligations under Regulation 33(2) of the Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994.
